HP Chooses Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Over Salesforce and Oracle
You can often tell how good a product is by who else uses it. With that in mind, HP has just inked a six-year contract to deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online throughout its sales, service and marketing units.
In making their selection, HP replaced their previous CRM providers, Salesforce and Oracle.
While making the announcement, HP Chief Operating Officer Jon Flaxman said, “(M/S Dynamics CRM Online) brings us a cloud-based solution that delivers a more effective and efficient collaboration engine across our business.”
HP Invests in Other Microsoft Offerings
In addition to Dynamics CRM Online, HP selected to implement Azure, Office 365 and a host of other M/S cloud solutions. While Dynamics CRM will help HP’s sales efforts, the company’s sales, service and marketing team members will benefit from the highly collaborative Office 365.
A Good Choice for Businesses of All Sizes
HP has a total headcount among employees of 50,000. But Dynamics CRM Online is very flexible for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs).
With a solid CRM system in place, SMBs are in a much better position to attract new customers, grow revenues and keep their customers happy. Cloud-based CRM systems are becoming the solution of choice by SMBs for a host of reasons, including:
- Reducing the risk of human errors that can lead to missed opportunities, inaccurate forecasts, etc.
- Improving the overall agility of the company
- Being more cost effective, flexible, and easier and faster to deploy
